giving birth is one of the most, if not THEE most, powerful, transformative, and intimate experiences of our existence. and i understand firsthand how important it is to feel 100% comfortable with each person in the room with you. i also understand how something so monumental would be something that you would want to remember forever. so how about we make both of those things possible :)

i’ve been in the wedding film and photography business now for 6+ years. i’ve fallen in love with story telling, and each story being unique to the couple. since becoming a mama, i’ve learned that the expansion of that love into another life is maybe one of the greatest stories of them all <3 and i’d love to tell that for you. 

it can be as simple or as detailed as you’d like, depending on the footage you have

the birth

the days leading up to your due date, through early labor, the birth itself, “golden hour” moments afterwards

the moment you found out, telling your friends and family, your belly, little kicks, gender reveal, appts, milestones

at home together, nursing, snuggling, little smiles, all of those sweet early moments in the first few weeks

you two sitting down together and sharing! either about the pregnancy, birth itself, or your hopes for them as they grow. this will be very personalized and up to you <3

details

  • i’ve received clips from both Dropbox and WeTransfer! and if those aren’t available to you, we can always email them directly or even text :)

  • you! your hubby! anybody who will be with you - family, friends, doula, etc.

  • if you watch my birth film, i censored starting at 3:47 using a white bar across the screen vs an actual blur!

  • due to licensing requirements, i’ll be selecting the music from musicbed.com. which is actually one of my favorite parts! i love going through the raw clips and then selecting the songs based off of the mood and vibe that i saw / felt. if you have a specific preference though, feel free to share your vision or even browse musicbed!

  • once we chat and create a vision for your film, payment would be due upon officially booking! you can expect the return of your film in 2-5 weeks, depending on the length. this is non-refundable, unless the footage is unusable or incompatible with the editing software. in that case, you would get a full refund!

  • i would be sending you a password protected link through vimeo.com which you can download directly from! you can also add on a personalized flash drive with your film on it for $55.

  • obviously a professional camera would yield the highest quality film, but it is definitely not necessary! i’ve edited full films from iphone footage alone :) if you are filming on a phone, my main tips would be to use the most updated device you have, and also to film as much horizontally as possible! this just looks more natural in the final film as any clip filmed vertically won’t fill out the screen entirely. but truly, almost anything is usable and capturing the emotion in it is what’s most important <3
